One of the greatest transitions in life
is becoming a mother. In this workshop, participants will learn about the very special period following the birth
of a child and the honoring of our feelings in our new role as mother.
Covered
in this workshop will be, the relationship between the mother and baby, attachment parenting, breastfeeding, baby
carrying, body care for the mother and baby, family relationships and support.
Pregnancy is an emotional, physical and spiritual journey. An expectant mother's thoughts and emotions, the physical
changes she feels within her body all impact on how she chooses to birth her baby, which will be a life transforming event.
These sessions help to provide the mother with a safe, non-stressed environment where she can ask questions, talk freely,
and gain advice and support.
